Tawa Fitness Centre is hosting a Whole Life Challenge (WLC) team and we want you to play with us!
This isn't just any "challenge." Whole Life Challenge focuses on 7 Daily Habits: Nutrition, Exercise, Mobility, Hydration, Sleep, Well-Being and Reflection.
It will be a challenge, but also an exploration and (for those who make it to the end) an accomplishment. We know you're up to it! (you don't have to be a member of Tawa Fitness Centre but we will support & guide you). Who's in?
How to join our WLC Team:
1) Register for our team by clicking: play.wholelifechallenge.com...
2) Create a Whole Life Challenge account.
3)You will be sent to the registration page to complete the process.
4) Once your registration is complete, you'll be asked to choose your WLC game settings.
Once you complete registration, Whole Life Challenge will send you everything you need to hit the ground running.
We couldn't be more excited to be hosting this event and can't wait to see all you accomplish over the 6 weeks of the Whole Life Challenge!
Just a reminder that kerbside recycling has been paused and the Southern Landfill is closed, so please give your recycling a good clean and store it at home for now.
If you put any recycling bags or crates out on the street, please collect them and take them back to your home.
Rubbish will be collected as usual.
