International 474 Orchard Tractor with hydraulic fork lift at front for lifting Apple Boxes. Will only lift and carry, will not go high enough to stack or load out trucks.
I am selling my property and originally inherited this tractor when I first bought the property a number of years ago. It is running but needs a little bit of TLC. Brakes need bleeding
Gear lever needs to be freed up
In the longer term, the fuel tank could do with a clean out.
However, it always starts and runs, hydraulics and PTO operational, tyres all good
In better condition than it looks
Approx 1972-1974, hours unknown
Engine 62 HP
PTO 49 HP

Price: $1,500

An elderly lady in stoke has a standard white wooden fence capping on 3 of her wood panel boundary fences. The white paint is now flaking off and requires sanding back, then an undercoat followed by two top coats of (Exterior) gloss white paint. The job can be done by the hour or quote. All capping is easily accessible and the ground is flat.Ideally you will need to supply your own tools and materials ie sandpaper paint brush/small roller, but we can arrange to have the paint ready on site . Best to have had experience in prepping and painting timber and if you want to do the job by the per hour rate you will need to supply a contact from someone you have impressed with this type of work.Is this YOU or do you know someone you could recommend.Thank you .

“If I hear music, I just want to dance – body seems to just move!” says dancer Audrey, 84. Poet Brian, 86, says “Poetry helps me to question and understand the meaning of life”, followed by a witty “– haven’t worked out what it means yet”.

As their residents blaze their own trails, Ryman matches that pioneering spirit. “Ryman villages offer living choices to suit everyone so that you can live the way you want.
