Franklin County Archers is pleased to say we will be opening our indoor facility every Thursday evening for weekly sessions.

If you would like to come along and learn, please email franklincountyarchernz@gmail.com as spaces are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Beginners classes (no experience required) starts at 6pm-7pm and is Cash only $12pp, bow and arrow hire extra $10 per session. This session is run by qualified National and International Coaches, who will help you get started.

Anyone can come and try this fun sport, we can also accommodate wheelchairs. We ask that parents who bring their children remain to supervise and if your child is under 6 years old to email and let us know first so that we can bring the right sized equipment. You could even try yourself! Remember to dress warmly (no heating in the hall), no hoodies, or high heels.

4 Litres Vinegar
2 cups Epsom Salts
1/4 cup of Eco-friendly Dishwash Liquid.

In a bid to get unnecessary plastic out of our lives, many of us have turned to making our own products. This is fun and can be very satisfying. Here is a lovely recipe for a homemade shampoo that can be put in a glass container or in a recycled shampoo bottle.
Ingredients:
1 cup Aloe Vera Gel
3 tblsp Olive Oil, or oil of choice
10 tblsp Baking Soda
20 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
10 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
Mix all ingredients together and store in glass bottle, or reuse an old shampoo container.
