Why are Jacinda and everybody so hard about the lockdown
The answer lies in the Italy experience and the massive death rate it is experiencing
You have to ask yourself why is Italy getting hit so bloody hard
Well the people in northern Italy have a lot to do with china when Italy opened its borders and trade opened up, there was a lot of investment from China particularly in many of the premier brands in Italy
This resulted in an influx of about 100 000 Chinese gaining residence in northern Italy now when Trump shut out all flights from China everybody called him jingoistic or racist but he actually did the right thing
Italy didn't close down flights from China for fear of being called racist as so the flights remained open for some weeks more, much too current their detriment
Now northern Italy has approximately 20% of their residents infected with Covid 19
so it is literally out of control
Researchers out of Cambridge University have done a study and confirmed this
China,s delay in coming clean about the virus, allowed it to get a big head start as well hence the need for the lockdown, expect it to go on for some time
Once we get released from the lockdown enjoy Godzone New Zealand as international travel will take a huge hit that may well last about 3 to 4 years as countries will be reluctant to open their borders
Comment welcome

How do you dye eggs with onion peels?
Instructions
Place onion skins in large stockpot.

Make sure eggs are clean. ...

Place prepared eggs into the pot with the onion skins.

Cover with water so that it is 1” above eggs. ...

Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Check eggs for desired color.

When ready, carefully remove eggs.

Another way is to spread quite a bit of flour in a dish, then press an egg into the flour to make several molds. Make marshmallow according to directions on Google or recipe book, & pour into each flour mold. When set, join each half 'egg' with another, using jam or icing. Dust off egg. Return flour to its container - it's not harmed by use.

With everyone staying home, it’s now more important than ever for everyone to be fire-safe. People can find information on our website - fireandemergency.nz...

We’re heading into winter, and with households self-isolating together, there’ll be more cooking at home, and more use of open fires, heaters, and dryers - all things which can increase fire risk.

New Zealanders can be confident that Fire and Emergency is well-prepared and ready to respond to emergencies as usual during the nationwide self- isolation period.

Please call 111 if you have a fire, we will ask you whether anyone at the address is self-isolating or has a confirmed case of COVID-19. Where this is the case, we already have necessary measures in place to ensure everyone’s safety including protective clothing, gloves, masks, safety glasses and mask.
