Hamilton Press cancelled during lockdown

Nicola Brennan-Tupara Reporter from Hamilton Press

Hi neighbours,
as some of you may have heard, the government last week advised that non-daily publications, such as community newspapers, are not considered essential services under the news and media designation during the Alert Level 4 lockdown. Unfortunately That means that we won’t be able to print and deliver our your paper over the remaining period of the lockdown. However, we will be putting all important local news/updates on our Neighbourly page during the period.

Have you tried a telehealth appointment before?

Libby Wilson Reporter from Hamilton Press

Waikato DHB is working on ways to deliver healthcare without bursting people's bubbles.

One way is telehealth - for example using phonecalls, texts, or video calls. Read more about it here, on Health Navigator.

Dr Ruth Large, pictured, is an emergency doctor and Waikato DHB's telehealth director. The DHB says it will provide updates as new services are available.
