Peacefully after a long battle with cancer on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at Elloughton Gardens, Timaru; aged 77 years. Loved husband of the late Audrey. Loved Dad and father-in-law of Raewyn and Jason, Noel and Donella, Colleen and Paul Harford, Karen and David Marsh. Loved Grandad of Brian and Kath, Lana and Ryan; Sebastian; Jacob, and Adam; Matthew; and great-Grandad of Ebony, and Axel. Loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Special thanks to the staff at Elloughton Gardens and Presbyterian Support for their loving care of Winston. On October 16, 2018, at Maidstone Hospital, on the eve of his 54th wedding anniversary, aged 79 years. Dearly loved husband of Jean. On October 16, 2018, peacefully at Burwood Hospital, aged 87 years. Loving husband and friend of Jenny for 63 years, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Rose and Kerry Bray, and Ian and Alison, very much loved grandad and poppa of his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, loved brother and brother-in-law of Colin (deceased) and Esmé, and John and Glenys. After a long battle with cancer Manogihou Spain passed away on Tuesday 16 October 2018 at Waikato Hospital. Eternal companion of Brian Spain. Loved mother to Anthony and Ramari, Gideon and Shelby, Melina and Charles and Keziah. Cherished nan to Oakley, Cyrus, Jordan, Hunter, Paris and Paige. Daughter of Tuimaitoga and Mokalosa. Sister to Natesa, Lillian and Tui, and kind friend to all. Funeral Service to be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Saturday 20 October 2018 at 11.00am, followed by burial at Whatawhata Cemetery. All are welcome.

Passed away peacefully after a long illness, surrounded by whnau, on 16th October 2018, aged 84 years. Gracie, known as Grace, created a legacy in her lifetime in Upper Hutt through her commitment and contribution to whnau and community. Grace is survived by her eight children and their partners, Paul and Desma, Colleen and Danny, Bernadette and Kevin, Anne and Rick, Michael and Jan, Sandra and Claude, Denise, Carol and Malcolm, 31 grandchildren and their partners, 52 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. The tangi will be held at Orongomai Marae. Funeral service Saturday 20th October at 8.00am. Our heartfelt thanks go out to Dr. Imogen Robertson, the team at CCU Lower Hutt Hospital and Te Omanga Hospice for their care and support. Loved brother and brother-in-law of the late Bill O’Connor, the late Maureen and John Brun, Pat and the late Neil Paget. Loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Tom’s life will be held at St Mary’s Basilica, 65 Tyne Street, Invercargill, at 11.00am on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, followed by a private cremation.
