DUNN, Erica Margaret

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, on Monday, July 6, 2020 early evening at Aria Gardens Rest Home. Beloved wife of the late James, much loved mother of Anita and Delia, and cherished grandmother of Mathew, Alisha, Gemma, Kate and Dominique. A doting great-grandmother to her many great-grandchildren. Dearly loved sister-in-law of Barbara, and loved aunty Erica to Edwin, Lorraine, Andrew and Vanessa. Wonderful friend to many over her 85 years.A family lead interment will be held at Taita Lawn Cemetery, Monday, July 13 at 1200 hours.

Peacefully on 8 July 2020, at Fergusson Rest Home. Dearly loved wife of the late Terry. Loved Mum and mother-in-law, Nana and Grammy. A service for Kathleen will be held in Kingswood, corner King and Cairo Streets, Upper Hutt, on Monday 13 July at 10.00am, followed by private interment at Akatarawa Cemetery. WRATT, Rona Doris (formerly Rudman)

With great sadness we share the sudden passing of Rona on July 7, 2020, at her home in Westport. Beloved wife of the late Peter and the late Robin, loved mum of Melinda and mother-in-law of Stuart Marsland (Westport), much loved nana to Wade, and Rhys, much loved sister to Denis Ewers, and Murray Ewers, loved aunty to her nieces and nephews, and a great friend to many. CLEAVER, Alice Ann (nee Pickering)

Passed peacefully at Telford Lifecare on Monday 6th July 2020, in her 102nd year. Dearly loved wife of the late Thomas (Tom). Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Sherrin and Peter (and the late Brian Bint), Val and Lois, Philip and Liz, Maree and Andy, Debbie and Denis, and Mark and Fiona. Dearly loved Nan to all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. CAMPBELL, Russell John

Passed away peacefully on Monday 6 July 2020, aged 94 years. Much loved and loving husband of Joyce for 71 years. Much loved father of the late Raewyn, the late Colin, and Sharon. Father-in-law of Maria and Robbie. Adored Pop of Soloman, Shannon, Jenna and Trinity. Great-grandfather of Blake, Kobe and Maddie. In accordance with Russell’s wishes a private Family Service has taken place.


LINSSEN, Barbara Margaret

Barbara, a soulmate, companion, sister, auntie, friend, and angel. She was amazing, strong, brave, elegant, bubbly, dazzling, sophisticated, glamorous, positive, hardworking, loyal, beautiful, gorgeous, generous, loving and loved, and always there when needed. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and health care workers who worked so hard to look after Barbara. To Hospice, thank you for your amazing attitude. Thanks to all the family and friends for your memories and support. By her love and attitude, she made us all better people. Her smile is forever in our Hearts.


BROWN, Geoffrey William

20.11.1938 — 03.07.2020
It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the death of Geoff. He will be so greatly missed by his loving wife and soulmate Rosemary, and his doting canine companion Katie. He was a wonderful dad to the late Jackie and Darryn Brown. He will forever hold a place in the hearts of his daughter Sue Bason, her husband Craig and their two sons, and only grandchildren, Nic and Josh. Son of the late Eldon Rua and Marjory Jean Brown. Brother and brother-in-law to Murray and Beverly Brown, and the late Shirley and Bill Anderson, and uncle to their children. A Lions Club Member for four decades. He will be remembered for his huge contributions to the club and for the character he was. A private service for Geoff has been held.

JONES, Ivor James (Jim)

Passed away peacefully at home, in his 90th year. Loved eldest son of the late Tom and Myrtle Jones. Loved brother and brother-in-law of the Bob and Heather, Frances and the late Charlie, John and the late Shona, Nola and Trevor Coutts, Pamela and the late Robin Chadwick, and Patricia and Murray Birchler. Much loved uncle of his nieces and nephews. A private celebration of Jim’s life has been held.

NEILSON, Gordon (Gordy)

On July 7, 2020 at home surrounded by family, aged 73 years. Best friend and soulmate of Lynne over the last 54 years. Loving father and father-in-law of Michael and Karen, Kimberley and Quintin, Darren and Nicci. Devoted Grandad of Todd, Sam, Hannah, Ryan, Josh, Kayla, Finley, Luc and Lily. On July 9, 2020, peacefully at Parklands Hospital, aged 73, after a valiant effort. Dearly loved husband of Lorraine for 51 years, loved father of Brent and Melissa, and father-in-law of Cheryl (deceased) and Andrew. Loved Grandad of Joshua, Jared, Ryan, Luke, Benjamin and Samuel, and special friend of Katie.
