What do you think of freedom campers being rounded up?

Denise Piper Reporter from Whangarei Leader

Freedom campers around the Whangārei district are being rounded up to two central Whangārei spots so police can keep an eye on them and ensure their needs are met. This comes as the number of cases in Northland hits double-digits, with 11 as of Thursday , with latest information available here. What do you think of the way freedom campers are treated? What alternative would you suggest?

"Baa Baa" is STILL missing !

Jude from West Coast Northland

Baa-Baa's like a member of our family, she's been missing since 5:30 pm Saturday 30th May . She answers to calling Baa-Baa. We are desperate to find her, if you see a sheep, any sheep anywhere please let me know immediately....it might be our dear lost Baa-Baa. It's just not like her to wander off on a Saturday night,
She is very individual looking for a sheep, and has her own unique personality. It's heart breaking to see the food in her "Baa Baa" bowl go uneaten already more than 12 hours now. I fear the "sheep - haters" have got her, or she's had a head injury and can't remember her way home, she's normally super intelligent and so affectionate, I swear she understands every thing I say to her.

During a time of COVID, can we believe what we read?

Jude from West Coast Northland

It was noted, from the start of this pandemic, that a striking feature of the crisis was the “coincidence of virology and virality”
Does Stress Promote Posting Misinformation?
That is to say that people’s views about what was happening concerning the virus spread as rapidly as the virus itself. This rapid dissemination of views, information, and misinformation, about the pandemic was credited with influencing public panic regarding the virus and its effects1. It has been implied that such panic lead to, for example, unnecessary bulk buying, as rumours about impending lockdown restrictions took hold
