St Albans News April/May 2020

Belinda Carter from St Albans Residents Association (SARA) Inc

Unfortunately, our printer wasn’t deemed “essential” so we couldn’t get St Albans News April/May edition printed. So this is it. Share widely with friends and neighbours. Print it if you like on a home printer. Includes several pages about the CoVid19 virus but we did save some space for stories about other things going on in St Albans. The motorway extension responsible for bringing more traffic through St Albans in future won’t open till at least December. Intrepid grandad Martin goes in search of the source of St Albans Creek with two sidekicks. Plus lots more. The READ MORE button will take you to the St Albans community website where you can download the latest issue of St Albans News.

Show neighbours your photography snaps of Canterbury!

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Kia ora Canterbury, it's time to dust off that old camera, get out and about and show the rest of your neighbours your favourite, treasured spots in your region. It could be an awesome view, the shy wildlife or even the old buildings that are wanting their stories to be told.

Go ahead, get snapping and illustrate what's beyond your backyard.

Sara from Northcote

Day 26 and our Marley is still missing from the Papanui/Northcote area. 😔

We are so devastated.

Please, if you have seen him or know where he is, get in touch with me! We want our little guy back home safe and sound with us. He could even be trying to get back to our old place on Armagh Street, Linwood. Please keep a look out for him.

Marley is:

Grey and white tabby
18 months old
Doesn’t wear a collar

Thank you, everyone
