That's why we asked Quotable Value's general manager David Nagel to join us for a live Q&A to help answer your property questions.

We had a huge response, so if you sent in a question or dropped in for the chat, thank you. If you missed it, you can still check out the recap, here.

Smell

Tracey from Woolston

I guess I am not the only person smelling the "dump" in woolston!
I do know that it is from a subsidiary business with the name EARTH in their title. I don't want media to name any suburb The Worst Smelling in New Zealand.

A little kindness goes a long way

I've just done a big sort dividing up some seeds and plants - only some are shown in the pictures as I have continued to add to the table since this time. I'm proposing that anyone who is interested is welcome to do a swap with me for whatever it is that you've been sorting, baking, or clearing out during your lockdown time (this does not necessarily have to be plants but these are always appreciated).

If you are interested feel free to private message but please note the plants may vary and it's very much first in first served. Due to the daylight hours drastically closing in I can't do evenings so the plants will only be available for pick up this Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd between 9am and 10.30am.
