Councilor Andrew Turner said the council would turn it into a sports and multi culture center . "We want it to become a place where everyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, culture or religion feels welcome in the heart of Hagley Park. Will send a strong message that Christchurch embraces diversity and is an inclusive, multicultural city where all people belong". 1. Where has this man been since the mosque attacks. 2.What does he think all sports grounds are. 3. What does he think Hagley Park is. An area for only certain Cultures etc. 4.If the C.C.C. buys it and turns it into the said multicultural center I would presume it would have Maori AND English names at LEAST on it.

Seems there is another reason you may not be able to reply....

If you have the latest posts emailed to you... clicking on one of these to read more, as the email only shows the first line or so...
Will open up a web page displaying the thread (as long as the snippers haven't got there first). This is all well and good ,you should be able to reply to posts in that thread without issues (remembering the previous restrictions I discussed).
However it goes wrong from here.... If you scroll down past the thread you originally opened from the email... to a new thread... chances are you wont be able to reply to any messages in the thread with the exception of the original post.
I have no idea if this is by design or a bug... I suspect the later.

Anyway hope this keeps someone from smashing their keyboard..:-)
