Hi there,

I have 10 white polystyrene boxes, 45 L, 37 W, 16 H, with lids. They have been used once for meal deliveries. These sturdy boxes have many uses – for transporting plants, frozen foods, food for the bach or campsite, handy for the fisherman. Good idea to keep one in the boot of the car for ‘whatever’. Take one or take all.
Just message me how many you would like and I'll leave them outside on the driveway in Westmere.

Cheers,
Leon

Self-contained private studio/granny flat, perfect for a couple or single looking for their own place.

This is a self contained, neat and tidy en-suite unit with open space living. Private access to the unit with a lock on the gate for secure entry.

Shared use of backyard and clothesline, possibility to use the main house washing machine and dryer. Plenty of off-street parking right out front the main house.

Looking for a tidy professional couple or single that are reliable on paying rent on time and respect the place.

Rent is $350/pw for a couple, or $300/pw for a single.

Expenses include water, lawn mowing, and optional use of washing/dryer for $20 p/w.

Wifi and power is not included.

Bond is $600; reference/s required.

The main house has 3 bedrooms with a family of three and a small dog.

We’re in a great location on Mt Albert Road, just between Sandringham Road and Dominion Road. Just 5 mins drive from a New World and Countdown, the Warehouse, a Pharmacy, Snap Fitness, Maccas and a range of restaurants and cafes. Also a 5 min drive from St Luke’s Westfield Mall and Cinemas.

The flat has a direct view of the Sky Tower and is just 15mins drive from the CBD. Closest bus stop (5 min walk from the flat) drops you directly in front of AUT and UOA in town.

Unfortunately the flat does not include a kitchenette, however you’re welcome to get creative and set up a portable gas stove for cooking which has worked great for our last tenant. Alternatively, there are dozens of places nearby for great, affordable food options.

Please get in touch if you are interested in viewing the unit and we can arrange a time. Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

Photos are of previous tenant's furniture/furnishings
