In pregnancy your exercise priorities change. Pilates is a fantastic way to build your strength to carry your growing bump, reduce postural tension in your body, train your pelvic floor muscles, and create a positive mind body connection and mindset.
We have dedicated Pre Natal classes on a Monday at 5:30pm and Saturday morning at 9:30am - specially designed to cater for the changing needs of pregnancy. Bookings are necessary - and you can sign up online or through the mindbody app.
