Dog attack - little shoal bay

Did anyone see or hear a dog attack another dog at little shoal bay in early morning hours around 6.30??
Trying to find the couple\owners of a brown dog that was off lead this morning by toilets at little shoal bay and bit another dog and latched on at the neck leaving puncture wounds .... they left without giving details
Please help asap
