Less Council red tape a backyard bonus.

Good news neighbours! The government has relaxed the need for building consents for patios, sheds and carports meaning a 30 square-metre room can be built in the backyard without council permission. Saving you time and money!

Good news neighbours! The government has relaxed the need for building consents for patios, sheds and carports meaning a 30 square-metre room can be built in the backyard without council permission. Saving you time and money!
Any new structure will still need to comply with the NZ Building Code.
So avoid a DIY disaster and enlist the expertise of a local Licensed Builder (like us) who knows the Code and can get cracking on your next outdoor project!

We want to help a local healthcare worker by providing two builders for half a day (4 hours). To fix a fence, repair a deck, get a minor job done - before their friends drop in at the next level!
To show our appreciation for their selflessness during the Covid lockdown. And thank them for helping our family when we needed them most.

So please nominate/reply with a worthy recipient before Monday 17th May 2020.

The T& C's: Recipient needs to live in Central or West Auckland, work in healthcare ( a nurse, doctor, pharmacy, lab tech etc) and provide any materials needed at their cost. We'll supply 2 of our builders for half a day. Offer not transferable nor open to friends/family of Warren Adolph Homes! This is a weekday offer subject to builder availability. Recipient needs to be home or provide a clear brief and have any requisite consents prior. Offer/nominations close Monday 17 May 2020.
