We know when each of our people are ready to purchase or to sell, their criteria and what they wanted to achieve and we delivered on both side of the property transactions since 2006. We satisfied our sellers (developers etc) by openly having our purchasers ready for an early purchase for greater benefit.
For example:
In late 2012 we expanded to include large developments anything from sections, terraced housing, apartments and new single homes, from word of month and social media we achieved the required 40-50% of presales for the developments. Most of our clients who did participate benefited from at least 28% discount from the day they paid a deposit.

It was not easy, at first when we did propose the idea of bulk selling to the developer or builder, we were met with considerable resistance. Of course, we were seen as discounting their products in turn, not having respect for the quality of their product. Since we only approached well respected and trusted builders and developers, negotiating a win/win situation took a while to get to the results, which we knew would greatly satisfy our purchasing clients.

Once we delivered on the first project, it was easier to have both sellers and purchasers client calling us to assist them. We were blown away by the response but we kept our database and profile small - to have a robust system we needed time.

Now we are proud to say that each year we have a bigger list of returning and new clients. We endeavour to increase the profit margins of both of the developer/builder and the purchasing clients.
