How can we help you?

Why is a personal profile required to have an organisation profile?

Neighbourly organisation profiles are a wonderful way for community leaders, local groups and charitable organisations to connect (for free!) with their wider neighbourhoods for the good of the community.

Depending on your location, you can post to hundreds, or thousands, of people in your community to let them know about your wonderful services, upcoming events, important updates and fundraising initiatives.

We ask all Neighbourly members, including organisation officials, to create a personal profile with their real name and residential address. This way we can assure all members that everyone on the site has been through the same verification process, but more importantly you get to enjoy the best of both worlds - a free communication platform, as well as the ability to see what matters most to the people in your neighbourhood.

Don't worry - when you post from your organisation your personal details are not visible to your community. You can choose to post from a title, such as The Secretary, The Team, Chairperson, Administrator or similar, instead of posting as yourself.

If you have any questions about getting set up on Neighbourly, feel free to get in touch with our Team here.
